    Radiant RFID is committed to providing you with the best service available. Radiant offers standard business hour support when not activated and 24x7 support during an activation. Your organization will have access to our service personnel any time during an activation. 


    Software and Product Warranty
    Radiant warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days from the applicable Schedule Effective Date (the “Warranty Period”), the Applications and Products will materially conform to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation (the “Specifications”).

    Should the Applications fail to materially conform to such Specifications during the Warranty Period, Customer shall promptly notify Radiant in writing on or before the last day of the Warranty Period and identify with specificity the nonconformance.  To the extent that the nonconformance exists in a current, unaltered release of the Applications or Product, Radiant shall, at its own cost and expense, use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the nonconformance or, if necessary, replace the nonconforming Applications or Product.


    Return Policy
    If customer is not satisfied with the tangible products delivered by Radiant RFID, customer may return such products within thirty (30) days of delivery of the applicable product, provided the products are unused and remain in new condition. The returns must be shipped to Radiant RFID prepaid and insured. The risk of loss remains with the customer until delivery to Radiant RFID. Subject to the foregoing, Radiant RFID shall refund the price of the tangible products.
