Radiant’s IoT Asset Tracking solution consumes real-time data from thousands of RFID & IoT sensors at multiple locations to locate critical production and non-production assets (where is it?) and to enable preventative insights and analytics to monitor and protect their health (how is it?). Radiant’s IoT Platform harnesses the latest in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Bluetooth (BLE) and GPS technologies to locate assets in a wide variety of environments. The time it takes to conduct inventory is significantly reduced while data accuracy is increased. Everything from computers, smart devices, book, furniture, vehicles, and supplies can be reliably located. The solution integrates passive and active RFID, BLE and GPS into a single intuitive system.
Utilizing the latest in IoT technologies, Radiant enables organizations to determine which employees, guests, and vendors have safely arrived at assembly areas — and which people remain inside facilities. The Radiant Employee Mustering solution is a combination of IoT-enabled badges, fixed readers at key building assembly areas, ingress and egress points, a single or multiple unit deployment of our mobile Muster Kit, and our easy-to-use software. Because it is portable, the Muster Kit provides maximum flexibility to manage employee mustering outside facilities (ex: parking lots) during the fluid times of an emergency.

Software and Product Warranty
Radiant warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days from the applicable Schedule Effective Date (the “Warranty Period”), the Applications and Products will materially conform to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation (the “Specifications”).
Should the Applications fail to materially conform to such Specifications during the Warranty Period, Customer shall promptly notify Radiant in writing on or before the last day of the Warranty Period and identify with specificity the non-conformance. To the extent that the non-conformance exists in a current, unaltered release of the Applications or Product, Radiant shall, at its own cost and expense, use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the non-conformance or, if necessary, replace the nonconforming Applications or Product.
If customer is not satisfied with the tangible products delivered by Radiant RFID, customer may return such products within thirty (30) days of delivery of the applicable product, provided the products are unused and remain in new condition. The returns must be shipped to Radiant RFID prepaid and insured. The risk of loss remains with the customer until delivery to Radiant RFID. Subject to the foregoing, Radiant RFID shall refund the price of the tangible products.
